Kajalu

Kajalu is a popular traditional sweet from Andhra Pradesh, also known as Madatha Kaja. These sweets are made from a dough of maida (all-purpose flour) that is rolled into thin layers, folded, and cut into pieces resembling small spirals. The pieces are deep-fried until golden brown and then soaked in a thick sugar syrup, giving them a sweet, crispy exterior with a soft, flaky interior.
