Mysore Pak(ghee)

Mysore Pak is a delectable Indian sweet made from a rich blend of besan (gram flour), ghee, and sugar. A sugar syrup is then added, and the mixture is cooked until it thickens and begins to leave the sides of the pan. It is poured into a tray to set, and once cooled, it is cut into pieces.
